Just did the final number crunching and from the actual paid registrations
I had $450 (yup thats right only 18 people actually paid there are a number of outstanding registrations that all canceled and a few who were actually going to show up)

Online registration program $374.48
Field expenses $50.00
BBQ expenses $70.00
total cost $494.48

a difference of -$44.48

If I went forward with the game I would have a higher BBQ cost as I was waiting until the last min to get everything, luckily, as people kept dropping out.
